Hello Raymond,

With historic turnout, Ohioans defeated Issue 1 in last month’s special election. While this was a big win worth celebrating, we can’t let up know because we have a new Issue 1 on the ballot this November… in just 63 days!

On November 7,we will come out again in record numbers to vote YES on this new Issue 1 to enshrine reproductive rights in the Ohio Constitution. At LEAD Ohio, we believe that having control over your own reproductive healthcare is necessary for Ohio to continue to be a place that people want to live, work and learn. We hope you’ll join the Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights coalition and get involved here.

*RESCHEDULUED: Webinar THURSDAY

Our candidates and staffers are out knocking doors and talking to voters. One of our most frequently asked questions is how to talk about progressive policies with folks who may not align with our values.

This Thursday, September 7, we will be joined by LM Davis of LM Engagement to learn best practices in Deep Canvassing. We’ll cover how to discuss hot-button topics and meet folks where they are on polarizing topics. We will also have plenty of time for Q&A. Register here.
