Join Education Law Center and Public Funds Public Schools on Wednesday, March 8, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. EST for a webinar entitled, “Litigating Against Private School Vouchers.”
Experienced attorneys will discuss lawsuits challenging recent voucher laws and decisions in those cases, including: the West Virginia Supreme Court’s reversal of a lower court’s decision to block a statewide universal voucher program; a victory against Kentucky’s tax credit voucher law at the state Supreme Court; and a pending challenge to New Hampshire’s Education Savings Account voucher law. The panel will also discuss participation in voucher litigation through amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) briefs.
