The Case of the 21^stCentury

A former Ohio Supreme Court Justice said the DeRolph school funding case was the case of the 20^th century. The EdChoice voucher case will, in the future, be expressed as the case of the 21^st century. Plaintiffs will prevail, which will pave the way to rid the law books of other unconstitutional school privatization programs in Ohio.
