Advocates of Vouchers for Private Schools Claim Public Money (as a Right) without Even a Modicum of Regulations
Accountability and Private-School Choice, an article written by Notre Dame Law School Professor Nicole Stelle Garnett essentially claims that students have a right, at public expense, to attend private schools that are free from nearly all regulations that govern public schools. (It is no coincidence that the Notre Dame Law School Institute for Religious Liberty Initiative has filed an amicus brief to support the State Defendants’ motion to dismiss the EdChoice voucher lawsuit.)
