Fordham Institute’s May 31 Flypaper article—“The Core Conflict of Interest in Public Education”—Is One More Attack on Public Education
The author of the article makes a long stretch to diminish the efficacy of public education. He opines that there is a conflict of interest when public school teachers teach government. He says that the conflict is mitigated when students are enrolled in private schools, charters, and homeschooling. Wow, what a stretch!
