The NPE analysis of a state’s resistance to the privatization of public education puts Ohio third from the last among states and Washington, D.C.; only Florida and Arizona has a greater appetite for privatizing public education than Ohio.
Ohio is among 20 states that earned an “F” rating; hence, Ohio is in the worst of the worst category. Ohio is on the trajectory to achieve the last place in the future.
