Fordham Institute Writer Suggests the Sky is Falling if the Plaintiffs Prevail in the EdChoice Voucher Litigation
In a March 14 article in Fordham’s Ohio Gadfly Daily, a Fordham writer predicts dreadful consequences if the EdChoice voucher program is ruled unconstitutional. Students will be damaged, school districts will be flooded with students, and other voucher programs will be successfully challenged, the writer says.
The writer acknowledges that the focus of litigation will be on legal and constitutional consideration, but suggests that real world consequences must be considered. In other words, if some folks and institutions experience perceived harm by constitutional provisions for education, just defy the Constitution; the rule of law is thus repealed.
