Don’t miss the 2026 Clermont County Democratic Party Volunteer Summit — an important event for supporting democracy and freedom. This year’s themes are Activism, Volunteering, and Building Community that facilitates change. The Summit is free and lunch is provided. Register here! If you have any trouble with the form, please email us here.
Program highlights:
– Protect yourself while protecting your community. Learn about your rights and practical self-protection strategies. From choosing secure texting platforms to witnessing ICE events, it’s essential to be informed and prepared. There are best practices we all need to know. Our keynote speaker is Tom Parrish, Director of Information Technology and Security at ACLU of Ohio (pictured above). Tom is the son of a police officer and a teacher. He is passionate about fairness and justice in all forms.
– Build effective teams that drive results at the polls. John Rhoads, Central Region Coordinator for the Butler County Democratic Party, leads that county’s charge to create Neighborhood Teams. He will share how this approach keeps voters informed and engaged, delivering measurable results. In statewide elections our goals are to narrow margins and win the U.S. Senate seat and Governorship.
– Connect with like-minded neighbors in Clermont County. Building our local community is the foundation of political strength and an important part of our organization’s vision. Discover meaningful ways to be a part of this process. If you have been wanting to get involved but uncertain how, the Summit is the place to find your fit.
