Governor DeWine signed Ohio’s budget bill on Monday, June 30, and it includes devastating provisions. But he vetoed 67 items, more than ever before. The Ohio House announced yesterday that they will pause their summer break and return to Session on July 21 specifically to override some of the Governor’s vetoes. Their focus appears to be on property taxes and public school funding.
