Fellow Clermont County Democrats:
This past week, 75 Clermont County neighbors and community members gathered to hear guest speaker David Pepper, founder of Blue Ohio and former Ohio Democratic Party Chair.
“History tells us that every time our country is its most diverse, we get huge pushback. What determines how long today’s chaos lasts is what we – the side fighting for democracy – do right now,” Pepper said. “There is a moment here to grab hold of. We have the opportunity of a lifetime.”
Along with inspiring messages from Clermont County candidates running for 2025 local elections, Pepper reinforced the importance of how our activism today will make long-lasting impacts on tomorrow for our county, and for Ohio. They reminded us that Clermont Democrats are bravely leading the charge to run more Democratic candidates and turn our county purple! When counties like Clermont increase our win percentage and the cities focus on voter turnout, we take back Ohio.
