Now more than ever, the Ohio Supreme Court has shown us that they do not have the best interest of Ohioans at heart. They have approved language in the ballot board’s description of Issue 1 (the Citizens Not Politicians Amendment) that is inaccurate and intentionally misleading. In addition to preventing this kind of craziness in the future, the outcome of this election will directly affect our schools by how the Ohio Supreme Court rules on private school vouchers, as well as its treatment of reproductive freedom cases.
