A bit of good news. Yesterday afternoon, June 1, 2023, the Ohio Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Ohio Ballot Board that the Right to Reproductive Freedom amendment proposes only a single amendment to the Oho Constitution. The case was brought by anti-abortion activists, represented by Curt Hartmann whom some of you may know, asking the Supreme Court to order the Ballot Board to break the proposed amendment into several separate proposed amendments, each of which would require its own separate set of petitions to get onto the ballot.
