The Big Scoop

Pack your snacks and buckle your seatbelts, Ohio Democrats are headed on a road trip! The Democratic National Convention will officially take place in Chicago in August of 2024.

We’re looking forward to trekking west with you all soon.

A Sprinkle of News

Signature collection to put reproductive rights on the ballot is well underway. Ohio Democrats are partnering with reproductive rights champions who are leading the ballot initiative as we work together to tell GOP politicians: we won’t go back.

And there’s good news! We have expanded the ways that you can get involved.

If you are interested in circulating petitions yourself, you can sign up BELOW to for a Zoom training. Upon completion of the training you will receive a petition to circulate.

A Dollop of Whipped Warnings

Nobody panic, but DeSantis was in Ohio last week.

As spineless Republicans bend at the knee to prove themselves as the most devoted to extreme right-wing candidates, Ohio Democrats called for the Ohio GOP to tell us where they stand on the 2024 Republican presidential primary.

Voters deserve to know whether these candidates support DeSantis’ strict abortion laws and cuts to Social Security and Medicare and/or Trump and his… gestures broadly.

We’re doing our best to hold the phonies accountable.
Add Some Nuts

Well folks, it’s official. Multi-millionaire Bernie Moreno has filed to run for Senate in the 2024 Republican primary against Senator Sherrod Brown. And to no one’s surprise, Trump has already put his support behind the lackluster candidate.

Moreno will join fellow Millionaire Matt Dolan in the race. And while we wait for others to announce their candidacy, (looking at you, Fraudulent Frank!) we’re bracing ourselves for a slapdash year and a half!

The Republican primary will only get nastier from here as Republicans are clearly worried because they know how much Ohioans love our Senator, Sherrod Brown. While they are busy making fools of themselves, Senator Brown continues to fight for Ohioans every day.

Everyone’s favorite stolen valor candidate from last cycle has announced another run in OH-9 against Rep. Marcy Kaptur.

We have to laugh because otherwise we’ll cry!!

As worrisome as it is to have a potential candidate with a history of lies and violence (let’s not forget that Majewski was at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th), Rep. Kaptur beat Majewski by THIRTEEN points last cycle.

Kaptur is the longest-serving woman in Congressional history and has a proven history of fighting for Ohioans. Chip in below to help send JR packing.
