Judge denies the Boggs Intervenors’ Motion to Quash the subpoenas the Coalition issued to 42 private schools.
Coalition attorneys issued subpoenas to 42 private schools seeking information relevant to the EdChoice voucher case. Many of the schools provided all or part of the information requested. Meanwhile the Boggs Intervenors filed a Motion to Quash. On June 27 Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Page denied the Boggs Motion to Quash (void) the Coalition’s subpoenas to the 42 private schools.
The EdChoice voucher lawsuit is moving forward in a deliberate manner on track for a successful outcome.
