DEMOCRATS NAME CLIFF JOHNSON
COUNTY CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR

Batavia, Ohio – Union Township resident Cliff Johnson will direct the coordination of campaigns conducted by Democrats in Clermont County during the 2008 election cycle.

Johnson, a 2007 candidate for Union Township Trustee is a lifelong resident of Clermont County.  "Cliff's knowledge of issues and familiarity with the residents of the county combined with his managerial skills makes him the perfect person to lead our efforts this year," said Dave Lane, Party Chairman. 

A 1993 graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Johnson is employed as a union pipefitter with Johnson Controls.  Additionally, Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors of Clermont Community Services, the Homeless Shelter Committee, Department of Labor Disaster Site Trainer, O.S.H.A. Trainer and was the 2005 recipient of V.F.W. Post #9360's Patriotic Citizen Award.

"Cliff's primary goal is to insure that all democratic campaigns meet and exceed expectations while promoting the awareness of the strong need to Change Clermont by exposing and battling corruption and creating a more efficient government," added Lane.
